📋 Job Overview
The Senior 3D Effects Designer for Valorant Mobile leads the design and implementation of commercial gun skin effects to create benchmark visual performances. They collaborate with concept artists on hero skill effects development, ensuring alignment with design goals, and work with technical artists and programmers to optimize tools, performance, and pipelines. Additionally, they review team outputs, mentor new members, tackle technical challenges, and drive team professionalization.

2.协同CP完成英雄技能特效开发全流程把控，确保美术效果与设计目标吻合；
3.协同TA与程序推进工具链迭代、特效资源性能优化及管线效能提升；
4.审核团队输出质量，培养新人并攻克特效技术难点，推动团队专业化建设。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of commercial gun skin effects, creating benchmark-level visual effects.
- Collaborate with CP to oversee the full process of hero skill effects development, ensuring artistic quality matches design objectives.
- Work with TA and programmers to iterate toolchains, optimize effects resource performance, and improve pipeline efficiency.
- Review team output quality, train newcomers, overcome effects technical difficulties, and promote team professional development.
