The Senior 3D Character Designer for the mobile game 'Escape from the Dark Zone' focuses on creating high-quality 3D assets based on original artwork concepts. 2.使用Maya，ZB，SP等软件进行游戏资产的制作，以及引擎效果调优和维护；
3.负责外包资源的审核修改与外包团队的培养；
4.优化制作流程，跟进版本内手机端资源表现以及调优。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Accurately interpret original artwork settings and produce 3D model textures for in-game elements, including character clothing, props, and equipment.
- Use software such as Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter to create game assets, and optimize and maintain engine effects.
- Review and modify outsourced resources, and train outsourcing teams.
- Optimize production workflows, track resource performance on mobile devices within versions, and perform tuning.
🛠️ Required Skills
- Proficiency in Maya, ZBrush (ZB), and Substance Painter (SP).
- Experience in 3D modeling and texturing for games.
- Knowledge of game engine optimization and mobile resource tuning.
- Skills in managing and reviewing outsourced work.
