📋 Job Overview
The 3D Effects Designer for the Casual Competitive Project focuses on creating engaging visual effects in a Western cartoon style for games. This role involves designing and producing effects for characters, scenes, and props while collaborating closely with animation, planning, programming, UI, and TA teams. Responsibilities include debugging effects, handling issues, and managing outsourced work to ensure high-quality results.

2.负责完成与动画，策划，程序良好沟通和衔接 ；
3.与UI，动画，程序,TA，配合调试效果，并能根据实际制作中汇总和归纳相关问题并处理 ；
4.跟进外包进度并指导和审核外包。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 负责游戏中角色，场景，道具等资源特效设计与制作 (Responsible for designing and producing special effects for game resources such as characters, scenes, and props)
- 负责完成与动画，策划，程序良好沟通和衔接 (Responsible for effective communication and coordination with animation, planning, and programming teams)
- 与UI，动画，程序,TA，配合调试效果，并能根据实际制作中汇总和归纳相关问题并处理 (Cooperate with UI, animation, programming, and TA to debug effects, summarize and categorize issues during production, and handle them)
- 跟进外包进度并指导和审核外包 (Follow up on outsourcing progress, guide and review outsourced work)

Salary
180,000 - 350,000 CNY / yearly
