📋 Job Overview
The role focuses on post-sales support and product operations for Tencent Cloud's large model products, ensuring high first-line resolution rates by assisting developers with issue troubleshooting and resolution. It involves operating with customers and developers as a technical interface to address usage consultations, practical issues, and performance problems, while providing feedback to improve the product and prevent recurrence. Additionally, the position includes regular reviews, process optimization, and managing the SLA system to enhance customer satisfaction and problem-solving efficiency.

2.进行产品的客户与开发者运营，作为技术接口解决客户/开发者在使用大模型产品过程中的咨询问题、实操问题及效果问题等，并在过程中结合实际反馈的问题对产品进行意见反馈并推进有明确解决时间点，避免类似问题反复出现；
3.定期进行复盘，针对产品售后问题进行总结和分析，并从产品维度、流程维度、团队建设维度给出相应的优化改进意见；
4.建设端到端问题排查全流程，并主导流程优化和系统操作培训，以客户满意度提升和问题解决率为第一目标持续优化流程和优化；
5.负责相关产品的SLA体系，包括服务目标、响应时效、处理机制，联动公司内外部资源解决客户问题，并制定标准解决方案。

- Responsible for after-sales work of Tencent Cloud large model products, accountable for first-line closure rate, primarily helping developers with issue troubleshooting and resolution, aiming for closure.
- Conduct customer and developer operations for the product, serving as the technical interface to resolve consultations, practical issues, and performance problems during use, and provide feedback on actual issues to the product with clear resolution timelines to avoid recurrence.
- Regularly conduct reviews, summarize and analyze after-sales issues, and provide optimization suggestions from product, process, and team building dimensions.
- Build end-to-end issue troubleshooting processes, lead process optimization and system operation training, continuously optimizing with customer satisfaction and resolution rate as primary goals.
- Responsible for the SLA system of related products, including service objectives, response timeliness, handling mechanisms, coordinating internal and external resources to solve customer issues, and formulating standard solutions.

180,000 - 350,000 CNY / yearly
