仕事内容/What the Role Entails

仕事内容
・アドベンチャーパート全体の設計・進行管理
ストーリーパート（会話、探索、選択肢など）の構成・演出・体験設計を担い、ゲームの物語体験を豊かにします。
・シナリオとの連携・ゲーム化の設計
原作や脚本と連携し、テキストベースの情報をゲーム体験としてどのように実装するか設計します。選択肢、分岐、演出、テンポなどを総合的に調整します。
・イベント演出・カメラ・アニメーションの設計指示
会話イベント中の演出（カメラワーク、モーション、SE、UI表示など）を指定し、シナリオの感情や意図をより魅力的に伝える演出を設計します。
・アドベンチャーUI/UXの設計
選択肢の見せ方、ログ表示、スキップ／巻き戻し、探索時のインタラクションなど、プレイヤーが快適に物語を楽しめるUI/UXを設計します。
・実装・検証・ブラッシュアップ
設計した仕様をエンジン上に組み込み、開発中に繰り返しテスト・修正を行い、ユーザー体験の質を高めます。
Job Description
・Overall Design and Production Management of Adventure Parts Lead the design, structure, and progress management of story-driven segments (dialogue, exploration, choices, etc.), creating immersive narrative experiences for players.
・Collaboration with Scenario Writers & Game Adaptation Design Work closely with original authors and scriptwriters to translate text-based content into compelling gameplay experiences. Design branching choices, event flow, pacing, and presentation to align with the narrative’s intent.
・Direction of Event Presentation, Camera, and Animation Specify event scene direction, including camera work, character motions, sound effects, and UI displays, to effectively convey the emotional beats and intentions of the story.
・Adventure UI/UX Design Design user interfaces and interactions—such as choice selection, log display, skip/rewind functions, and exploration interactions—that allow players to comfortably enjoy the narrative.
・Implementation, Testing, and Polish Implement designed specifications in the game engine, conduct iterative testing during development, and refine the user experience through repeated adjustments.

・カットシーンやイベント演出の設計スキル
・テキスト・シナリオをゲーム体験に落とし込むための論理的な設計力
・UI/UX設計への理解と実務経験
・ゲームエンジンやスクリプトを使った実装・検証経験
・チームと連携できるコミュニケーション力とドキュメント作成能力
歓迎スキル
・ノベルゲーム、ビジュアルノベル系の制作経験
・マルチエンディングや分岐シナリオ設計経験
・音声収録やボイスディレクションへの関与経験
・海外スタジオや多言語対応に関する開発経験
Qualifications
・Experience in planning for adventure games or story-driven titles
・Skills in designing cutscenes and event presentations
・Strong logical design ability to adapt text/scenarios into gameplay
・Understanding and practical experience in UI/UX design
・Hands-on experience with implementation and testing using game engines and scripting tools
・Strong communication and documentation skills for effective teamwork Preferred Skills
・Experience in developing visual novels or novel-style games
・Experience designing branching scenarios or multi-ending structures
・Involvement in voice recording or voice direction
・Development experience with overseas studios or multilingual localization

賃金
年収額：応相談（昇給/賞与あり）
※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
※一般社員の場合、固定残業代月35時間分が含まれます。
管理職の場合、固定残業代10時間分が含まれます。
労働時間・休日
就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30　 休憩時間 60分
フレックスタイムあり
完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
有給休暇：入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
年末年始休暇（12/30～1/3）
病気休暇（有給）：12日/年（有給休暇とは別途付与）
