📋 Job Overview
The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing AI Agents to support WeChat Input Method, WeChat Reading, and other innovative businesses at Tencent. Responsibilities include researching and exploring cutting-edge technologies such as RL, DeepResearch, and Long Context, as well as building and optimizing AI Agent Memory systems for multiple AI applications in the Reading Product Department. The position requires close collaboration with product and engineering teams to deploy and implement models in relevant business areas.

2.负责前沿技术的研究和探索，包括但不限于 RL，DeepResearch，Long Context 等；
3.负责读书产品部多个 AI 应用的 AI Agent Memory 系统的构建和优化；
4.与产品和工程团队紧密合作，推进模型在相关业务中的部署和落地。

- 负责前沿技术的研究和探索，包括但不限于 RL，DeepResearch，Long Context 等
