2.设计和搭建Agent 开发平台，优化Agent AI的框架，优化LLM在特定领域内表现，提升业务效果；
3.开发 AI Agent 插件化扩展体系，支持第三方插件集成和管理；
4.关注最新的AI研究趋势，尤其是大语言模型领域的进展，并将这些研究成果应用到Agent AI研发中。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the engineering architecture design, development, and evolution of cloud development AI agents, including but not limited to cloud development agent development tool platforms and various agent developments
- Design and build Agent development platforms, optimize Agent AI frameworks, optimize LLM performance in specific domains, and improve business outcomes
- Develop AI Agent plugin extension systems to support third-party plugin integration and management
- Follow the latest AI research trends, especially advancements in large language models, and apply these research results to Agent AI R&D

Salary
200,000 - 500,000 CNY / yearly
