- Conduct market competitor analysis (including AI O&M tools and intelligent Agent products), customer O&M scenario demand research, and research on the application of frontier AI technologies (such as LLM and multimodal models) in the O&M field to clarify core product requirements and differentiation directions.
- Lead product planning and architecture design for AI intelligent O&M Agent, coordinate resources from AI algorithm teams, O&M technical teams, and engineering implementation teams, and drive the product from concept to delivery throughout the process, ensuring that product functions and experiences meet actual O&M scenario demands.
- Support the product commercialization process by providing AI O&M Agent product solutions for customers, sales materials, and participating in pre-sales support, responsible for the large-scale implementation and growth of the product in O&M scenarios.
- Continuously monitor AI technology developments (such as Agent capability evolution and LLM model iterations) and O&M industry trends (such as automated O&M and AIOps upgrades), conduct forward-looking design for product directions, and explore new scenario growth points (such as cross-scenario Agent collaboration and intelligent O&M closed loops).
