📋 Job Overview
The Enterprise WeChat Large Model Training Engineer role focuses on developing and optimizing post-training frameworks for LLMs and RL, enhancing their scalability, stability, and efficiency. Responsibilities include performance optimization to reduce training costs, collaborating with business teams to deploy LLM capabilities in real-world scenarios, and managing IaaS infrastructure for model training and inference. This position is based in Chengdu or Beijing and aims to provide a reliable technical foundation for AI infrastructure.

2.优化框架性能，如训练速度、显存占用等，降低训练成本，为 LLM + RL 训练提供有力技术支撑；
3.协同业务团队，将 LLM 能力在业务场景落地，根据业务需求定制训练方案并评估验证模型；
4.负责模型训练和推理所需的IaaS基础设施的规划、迭代与框架维护，致力于提供一致性、可扩展、高可靠的平台技术底座。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop post-training frameworks focusing on LLM + RL direction, design framework architecture and technical roadmap, improve scalability, stability, and efficiency.
- Optimize framework performance, such as training speed and memory usage, to reduce training costs and provide strong technical support for LLM + RL training.
- Collaborate with business teams to implement LLM capabilities in business scenarios, customize training plans based on business needs, and evaluate and verify models.
- Plan, iterate, and maintain IaaS infrastructure required for model training and inference, committed to providing consistent, scalable, and highly reliable platform technical foundation.

Salary
300,000 - 600,000 CNY / yearly
