2.负责LLM训练算法(SFT、RL）、训练数据合成、自动评测相关算法研究，提升LLM在复杂游戏场景的多轮对话、推理规划能力；
3.负责检索增强(RAG)、DeepResearch、知识推理和多智能体算法等技术的研究，并推动其在游戏相关场景落地。
