5.制定并执行用户增长策略，通过活动、培训、内容等方式提升活跃度与留存；

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 负责Data Agent类产品的全生命周期运营跟踪分析，核心目标是通过深度用户分析、需求洞察、增长策略与产品优化，提升产品活跃度与用户粘性，推动AI Agent在业务场景中的有效落地
- 分析用户使用数据与业务上线效果，通过SQL、Python等工具输出数据报告，驱动决策
- 构建用户分层模型，定位体验瓶颈，协同技术团队推动产品优化与迭代
- 跟踪AIGC领域前沿技术，提出创新功能建议
