🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the application and implementation of large models in HR business scenarios.
- Research cutting-edge algorithms in the large model industry, track the latest technical developments, and apply them in related projects.
- Combine RAG, model fine-tuning, MCP, and other large model algorithm technologies to improve AI effectiveness in business scenarios.
🛠️ Required Skills
- Expertise in large language models and AI algorithms
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), model fine-tuning, and MCP techniques
- Ability to research and apply frontier AI technologies
- Experience in business scenario implementation for AI
