1.商业化系统设计:负责FPS类手游海外版本的商业化体系设计,包括但不限于付费点、货币系统、道具体系、礼包系统等的策划与迭代,确保玩法体验与商业变现的平衡;
2.版本规划与收益策略:结合数据反馈和用户行为,制定各版本的商业化目标与收益方案,协同运营、数据、产品等团队完成收入目标;
3.付费活动与节奏策划:负责月度、季度节庆活动中商业化内容的策划与上线,包括通行证、限定礼包、充值返利等设计与落地执行;
4.用户行为与数据分析:深入理解目标市场玩家行为与消费习惯,基于数据分析优化商业化内容策略,提升ARPPU、付费率与留存;
5.竞品研究与趋势跟进:持续跟踪海外FPS类手游的商业化动向,输出竞品分析报告,为团队提供创新灵感与策略依据;
6.本地化商业化策略制定:针对不同海外市场(如北美、拉美、东南亚等)制定差异化商业化内容与节奏,结合区域文化与消费心理优化产品表现。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design commercialization systems for FPS mobile games' overseas versions, including paid points, currency systems, item systems, and gift pack systems, while iterating to balance gameplay and monetization.
  • Formulate commercialization goals and revenue plans for each version based on data feedback and user behavior, collaborating with operations, data, and product teams to achieve income targets.
  • Plan and execute commercialization content for monthly and quarterly festival activities, including battle passes, limited gift packs, and recharge rebates.
  • Analyze target market player behaviors and consumption habits, using data to optimize commercialization strategies and improve ARPPU, payment rate, and retention.
  • Track commercialization trends in overseas FPS mobile games, produce competitive analysis reports, and provide innovative ideas and strategic insights to the team.
  • Develop differentiated commercialization content and rhythms for various overseas markets (e.g., North America, Latin America, Southeast Asia), optimizing product performance based on regional culture and consumption psychology.
