2.负责视频、商品等搜索产品的相关性算法设计和优化,紧贴业务需求,持续优化技术方案以提升业务效果;
3.负责多模态大模型方向的技术研究和技术能力基建,提升跨模态语义理解与匹配精度;
4.跟踪前沿研究进展,根据实际应用场景不断改进与优化,并落地业务场景中。

  • Responsible for the design and optimization of relevance algorithms for search products such as videos and commodities, closely aligned with business needs, continuously optimizing technical solutions to improve business outcomes.
  • Responsible for technical research and capability infrastructure in the direction of multimodal large models, enhancing cross-modal semantic understanding and matching precision.
  • Track frontier research progress, continuously improve and optimize based on actual application scenarios, and implement in business scenarios.
