1.负责腾讯视频商业化变现工作,从流量、变现效率等方向探索收入的良性增长空间,承担视频内激励广告模式的产品设计工作,探索更多创新形式;
2.优化激励广告链路,提升广告转化效果;
3.深入理解激励广告用户行为动机和相关核心行业/客户需求,用激励广告产品关联两者;
4.协同上下游,与相关团队协作并推动产品项目顺利落地。

  • Deeply understand user behavior motivations for incentive ads and core industry/customer demands, using incentive ad products to connect both.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to push product projects to successful implementation.
