1.负责商业化变现工作,从流量、变现效率等方向挖掘收入的良性增长空间,包括但不限于前端样式、广告流量策略、产品创新等;
2.聚焦信息流场景,深入理解平台用户行为,针对平台特点设计产品策略和样式探索资源价值最大化方案;
3.为收入负责,关注核心业务数据指标和异动分析,拆解、规划项目/资源的关键提收路径,并持续优化;
4.深入理解业务核心行业/客户需求,并根据平台用户特点不断优化行业消耗结构;
5.协同上下游,与相关团队协作并推动产品项目顺利落地。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for commercialization and monetization efforts, exploring healthy growth opportunities in revenue from directions such as traffic, monetization efficiency, including but not limited to front-end styles, advertising traffic strategies, and product innovations.
  • Focus on information flow scenarios, deeply understand platform user behavior, and design product strategies and style explorations tailored to platform characteristics to maximize resource value.
  • Accountable for revenue, monitor core business data metrics and anomaly analysis, break down and plan key revenue improvement paths for projects/resources, and continuously optimize.
  • Deeply understand the core industry/business and customer needs, and continuously optimize the industry consumption structure based on platform user characteristics.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams, work with relevant teams to promote smooth landing of product projects.
