The Business Development Manager for Enterprise WeChat in the retail industry is responsible for expanding the product within the sector through client research, strategy formulation, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role involves driving sales by identifying customer needs, managing key accounts, and achieving departmental targets while building strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance brand image. This position focuses on scaling commercialization opportunities and ensuring high satisfaction among clients, partners, and experts.

1.负责企业微信在零售行业的拓展工作。对行业客户进行研究分析,形成销售策略,做好客户覆盖、重点客户拓展及深度服务。与成功、产研、用增、渠道团队协作,迭代行业解决方案;
2.在重点客户打单过程中,有挖掘客户需求并形成解决方案的能力,高效协同内部团队进行客户跟踪、拜访、汇报以及促成签单;
3.根据目标制定销售计划,规划行业客户销售策略,挖掘产品商业化场景、封装商业化方案,在行业中规模化变现,完成部门下达的销售指标;
4.与行业中的客户、服务商、行业协会、投资人、行业专家保持良好关系,协调公司的内外部各方运作,确保各方满意度,提升企业微信在行业的品牌形象。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the expansion of Enterprise WeChat in the retail industry. Conduct research and analysis on industry clients, form sales strategies, ensure client coverage, key client development, and in-depth services. Collaborate with success, product research, user growth, and channel teams to iterate industry solutions.
  • In the process of securing deals with key clients, have the ability to identify client needs and form solutions, efficiently collaborate with internal teams for client tracking, visits, reporting, and facilitating deal closures.
  • Formulate sales plans based on targets, plan industry client sales strategies, explore product commercialization scenarios, package commercialization schemes, scale monetization in the industry, and complete departmental sales targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients, service providers, industry associations, investors, and industry experts in the sector, coordinate internal and external operations to ensure satisfaction of all parties, and enhance the brand image of Enterprise WeChat in the industry.
