2.结合大模型技术前沿和搜索场景需求，从训练数据、模型设计、训练方式等角度深入探索研发高效的大模型算法，包括Post Pretrain、SFT、RM/RL、RAG等方向，并在搜索场景落地，以更好地满足用户的搜索需求。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement algorithms and mechanisms to identify cheating, invalid, and low-quality content in general search, distinguish high-quality content, enhance content attributes and labels, and increase the proportion of high-quality, professional, and trustworthy content in search results.
- Combine cutting-edge large model technologies with search scenario needs to deeply explore and develop efficient large model algorithms from perspectives such as training data, model design, and training methods, including directions like Post Pretrain, SFT, RM/RL, RAG, and apply them in search scenarios to better satisfy user search demands.
