2.推动进入退出期项目的退出，按设定的时间和回报目标推动并完成退出工作；
3.与原投资团队深入沟通，了解每个项目的历史情况，支持资产管理总监完成退出路径与方案的设计；
4.负责退出方案的执行，与内部财法税等团队合作，与被投企业管理层建立和维护良好的关系，促进合作，推动退出进程；
5.协助资产管理总监解决退出执行工作中的问题，在遇到难以解决的问题时及时上报，寻求指导与支持。

- Assist the industry investment leader in formulating project exit plans, managing, and promoting the exit process.
- Drive the exit of projects entering the exit phase, pushing and completing exit work according to set timelines and return targets.
- Communicate in-depth with the original investment team to understand each project's historical situation, supporting the asset management director in designing exit paths and schemes.
- Execute exit schemes, collaborate with internal finance, legal, and tax teams, establish and maintain good relationships with portfolio company management, promote cooperation, and drive the exit process.
- Assist the asset management director in resolving issues in exit execution work, and report difficult problems in a timely manner to seek guidance and support.

250,000 - 450,000 CNY / yearly
