1.基于公司战略与业务需求, 洞察社会情绪和C端用户喜好,策划能引发广泛共鸣的短视频内容主题与创意点;
2.深度洞察视频号、B站等主流C端内容平台的生态差异、用户心智和流量机制,基于公司战略,为同一传播目标定制差异化的内容策略和创意;
资源合作与内容共创:
1.联动内外部资源,统筹短视频平台内容传播,主导与KOL、MCN机构、行业媒体等合作,建立长效传播矩阵;
2.联动核心媒体资源,推动优质内容多渠道分发与破圈传播;
传播管理与效能优化:
1.制定并执行平台差异化分发策略,协调资源,最大化内容曝光与互动;
2.分平台监测传播数据,分析爆款方法论, 沉淀策略资产,驱动持续优化。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Based on company strategy and business needs, insight into social sentiments and C-end user preferences to plan short video content themes and creative points that generate widespread resonance.
  • Deeply understand the ecological differences, user mindset, and traffic mechanisms of mainstream C-end platforms like Video Accounts and Bilibili; based on company strategy, customize differentiated content strategies and creatives for the same communication goals.
  • Link internal and external resources to coordinate short video platform content dissemination, lead cooperation with KOLs, MCN agencies, industry media, etc., and establish long-term dissemination matrices.
  • Link core media resources to promote multi-channel distribution and cross-circle dissemination of high-quality content.
  • Formulate and execute platform-differentiated distribution strategies, coordinate resources to maximize content exposure and interaction.
  • Monitor dissemination data across platforms, analyze viral methodologies, precipitate strategic assets, and drive continuous optimization.
