📋 Job Overview

1.数据库积累与应用:负责数据库(股权激励、高管薪酬方向)的持续积累与应用,包括数据信息收集与整理、搭建分析模型、并通过数据分析产出专业洞察,撰写分析报告;
2.调研与分析:与团队一起规划专业领域主题调研(不限于股权激励方向),负责组织、协调和执行调研工作,作为项目经理负责调研数据分析,撰写调研报告,提出有洞察的调研结果、基于内容洞察组织投后分享活动等
3.行业研究:支持团队的行业研究,构建研究框架,带领实习生开展研究工作,帮助团队快速积累行业Knowhow;
4.管理咨询:学习不同阶段创业公司股权激励方法论,跟随资深顾问参与并支持股权激励咨询项目,承担咨询项目中的模块性工作;沟通和交付咨询项目。
5.内容运营:负责基于数据研究、行业调研、投后活动等组织和运营股权激励相关内容,在部门公众号中对外输出,增加腾讯咨询在专业领域的对外发声和外部影响力。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the continuous accumulation and application of databases (equity incentives, executive compensation direction), including data collection and organization, building analysis models, producing professional insights through data analysis, and writing analysis reports.
  • Plan professional theme surveys with the team (not limited to equity incentives), organize, coordinate, and execute survey work, serve as project manager for survey data analysis, write survey reports, propose insightful results, and organize post-investment sharing activities based on content insights.
  • Support the team's industry research, build research frameworks, lead interns in research work, and help the team quickly accumulate industry know-how.
  • Learn equity incentive methodologies for different stages of startups, follow senior consultants to participate in and support equity incentive consulting projects, undertake modular work in consulting projects, and communicate and deliver consulting projects.
  • Responsible for organizing and operating equity incentive-related content based on data research, industry surveys, post-investment activities, etc., output externally through the department's public account, and increase Tencent Consulting's external voice and influence in the professional field.
