3.负责优化AI训练和推理的IO链路，充分发挥高速硬件能力，提升资源利用率和降低数据存储成本；
4.跟进业界趋势，进行新技术预研、前沿技术的引⼊和落地。

- Responsible for the architecture design and development of distributed storage and caching systems for AI scenarios, continuously optimizing for AI training, inference, and computation applications.
- Responsible for performance and stability optimization of multiple system modules, as well as tackling key technical challenges to improve data access efficiency and SLA in large-scale production environments.
- Responsible for optimizing IO paths for AI training and inference, fully leveraging high-speed hardware capabilities to enhance resource utilization and reduce data storage costs.
- Follow industry trends, conduct pre-research on new technologies, and introduce and implement frontier technologies.

300,000 - 800,000 CNY / yearly
