📋 Job Overview

The Game Operations Manager role under Tencent's New Star Gravity Program involves overseeing the operational management and coordination of game products, from preparation and pre-launch hype to mature operations. 1.负责产品的运营管理和基础统筹工作,拆分运营目标并制定对应的运营策略,协助管理项目风险,并对产品KPI负责;
2.熟悉游戏研运环节,能够应对游戏从筹备、预热上线到成熟运营节奏,推动运营计划的实施并定期汇报运营状况;
3.基于游戏的生命周期阶段,制定细化方案,与开发商团队沟通合作,推动完成版本筹备,达到上线标准;
4.结合产品特色和用户诉求,为项目争取平台及市场资源,协调产品研发,平台渠道、市场宣发等合作方,根据用户特性、及平台渠道特色,制定差异化游戏运营方案,并跟进落地。尤其注重各渠道运营模式,用户属性拆解及获客方面的实战及思考;
5.持续关注移动游戏的市场、研发、发行、运营等模块,了解新兴产品发行推广模式和机会,为产品引进和表现预期提供参考意见。

  • Secure resources, coordinate partners, develop differentiated ops plans, focus on channels, users, and acquisition
  • Monitor industry trends in mobile games and advise on introductions and expectations

  • Responsible for product operations management and basic coordination, breaking down operational goals and formulating corresponding strategies, assisting in managing project risks, and being accountable for product KPIs
  • Familiar with game R&D and operations processes, able to handle game rhythms from preparation, preheating and launch to mature operations, promote the implementation of operational plans, and regularly report on operational status
  • Based on the game's lifecycle stage, formulate detailed plans, communicate and cooperate with developer teams, promote version preparation completion, and meet launch standards
