The Product Planner role in the commercialization direction for Sogou Input Method focuses on designing and expanding traffic fields based on user behavior data to enhance user engagement and retention. 1.流量场搭建与扩容:基于用户行为数据与需求洞察,设计并搭建符合用户场景的流量场(如内容社区、工具场景、互动玩法等),通过优化用户路径、提升功能粘性等方式扩大流量规模,提升用户活跃度与留存率;
2.流量场商业化模式设计与落地:在保障用户体验的前提下,探索健康可持续的商业化路径,设计适配流量场特性的变现模式(如场景化广告、用户付费增值、激励互动变现等),推动商业化策略在产品端高效落地;
3.广告商业化链路优化:聚焦用户触点,优化广告商业化全链路(从用户注意力捕捉、广告形式匹配到转化路径设计、效果追踪等),通过精细化迭代提升广告点击率、互动率及用户接受度,实现流量价值与用户体验的平衡;
4.用户与商业的动态平衡管理:持续监测用户对商业化功能的反馈,通过 A/B 测试等方式迭代产品形态(如广告频次控制、内容与商业信息融合设计等),避免商业化对用户留存造成负面影响,确保流量场健康发展;
5.数据驱动流量与商业化协同增长:建立流量规模、用户行为与商业化指标的联动分析体系,定期输出数据报告,基于分析结果调整流量运营策略与商业化模式,实现 “流量扩大 — 商业变现 — 反哺流量” 的正向循环;
6.跨团队协作推进项目:与用户增长、内容运营、技术开发、数据分析等团队紧密协作,明确流量搭建与商业化落地的各环节目标,协调资源解决项目难点,确保产品功能按时上线并达成流量与营收双增长。

  • Design and build traffic fields (e.g., content communities, tool scenarios, interactive features) based on user behavior data and needs to optimize user paths, increase stickiness, and boost active users and retention.
  • Design and implement commercialization models (e.g., scenario-based ads, user-paid upgrades, incentive interactions) while ensuring user experience, and drive efficient product-side execution.
  • Optimize the full ad commercialization chain (from attention capture to conversion tracking) to improve click-through rates, interaction rates, and user acceptance, balancing traffic value and experience.
  • Monitor user feedback on commercialization features, iterate via A/B testing (e.g., ad frequency control, content-commercial fusion) to prevent negative impacts on retention and ensure healthy traffic field development.
  • Establish analysis systems linking traffic scale, user behavior, and commercialization metrics; output regular data reports to adjust strategies and achieve a positive cycle of traffic expansion, monetization, and reinvestment.
  • Collaborate with user growth, content operations, technical development, and data analysis teams to define goals, coordinate resources, resolve issues, and ensure timely product launches for dual traffic and revenue growth.
