📋 Job Overview

2.负责优质头部的动画IP项目制片全流程管理工作(包括但不限于前期IP企划，项目全生命周期管理，项目风险管理，项目跨部门协作等），重点对内容品质以及变现回收负责；
3.参与工作室制片管理流程制定，以及技术赋能工作；
4.定期梳理动漫行业渠道动态、用户洞察和研究分析，为部门沉淀行业经验和知识储备。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for introducing high-quality projects/IPs.
- Responsible for the full process management of high-quality head animation IP projects (including but not limited to early-stage IP planning, full lifecycle project management, project risk management, cross-department project collaboration, etc.), with a focus on content quality and monetization recovery.
- Participate in formulating studio production management processes and technical empowerment work.
- Regularly sort out anime industry channel dynamics, user insights, and research analysis to accumulate industry experience and knowledge reserves for the department.

Salary
300,000 - 800,000 CNY / yearly
