📋 Job Overview

The Industry Strategy Algorithm Lead for Tencent Advertising focuses on leveraging data and advanced techniques to develop and optimize algorithms for traditional lead industries. Responsibilities include designing models, bidding strategies, and full-chain optimizations to enhance ad performance and revenue. The role also involves iterating strategies, solving ad effectiveness issues, embracing new business challenges, and improving team capabilities.

1.基于内外部数据,运用统计学、机器学习、计算广告等多个领域知识,洞察行业业务特点,研发传统线索行业算法策略,包括但不限于设计和实现行业深度模型、行业大客户建模、oCPx出价策略等,通过召回/粗排/精排全链路优化提升行业效果和收入;
2.迭代行业策略算法,包括不限于设计和实现广告起量策略、分行业出价及达成率优化、行业深度转化率模型等,优化客户后效roi,提升行业效果和收入;
3.针对广告效果相关问题,输出全链路策略解决方案并落地相关策略工具;
4.乐于迎接新业务模式挑战,并灵活运用专业能力进行解决方案的设计、研发与交付;
5.负责提升团队整体组织和作战能力。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Based on internal and external data, apply knowledge from statistics, machine learning, computational advertising, etc., to insight industry business features and develop traditional lead industry algorithm strategies, including but not limited to designing and implementing industry deep models, large client modeling, oCPx bidding strategies, etc., optimize full chain of recall/rough ranking/fine ranking to enhance industry effectiveness and revenue
  • Iterate industry strategy algorithms, including but not limited to designing and implementing ad volume-up strategies, sub-industry bidding and achievement rate optimization, industry deep conversion rate models, etc., optimize customer post-effect ROI, enhance industry effectiveness and revenue
  • For ad effectiveness related issues, output full-chain strategy solutions and implement related strategy tools
  • Willing to embrace challenges from new business models and flexibly apply professional abilities for solution design, development, and delivery
  • Responsible for enhancing the overall organization and operational capabilities of the team
