2.为大客户提供产品部署/上线后产品与技术咨询，帮助客户高效完成大模型训练、推理等全流程业务，提升客户满意度、粘性、复购率；
3.编写高质量产品销售手册，赋能售前、销售等角色提升商业转化效率；沉淀产品最佳实践文档，赋能客户提升模型训推及AI业务管理效率；
4.收集并分析客户反馈，抽象出通用需求，为产品迭代优化提供信息输入；
5.对接市场研究、标准评测等机构，参与开发者活动，提升市场和社区影响力。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide product and technical consultations to pre-sales and sales roles, guide customer needs, design product solutions, support project PoCs, and drive commercialization.
- Offer post-deployment product and technical support to major clients, helping them efficiently complete full workflows for large model training and inference, enhancing satisfaction, stickiness, and repurchase rates.
- Develop high-quality product sales manuals to empower pre-sales and sales teams for better conversion efficiency; document best practices to help customers improve model training/inference and AI business management efficiency.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, abstract general demands, and provide inputs for product iteration and optimization.
- Collaborate with market research, standard evaluation institutions, and participate in developer activities to enhance market and community influence.
