2.支持部门的战略和业务管理工作， 包括业务目标制定和总结复盘、关键业绩和过程管理；指标的分析跟进、策略落地的跟进，主动识别业务推进和落地过程中的问题，并提出解决方案；
3.支持投后公司管理流程，并跟踪投资公司关键业绩指标，对投资公司业绩表现进行分析和报告，建议并跟进后续改善举措；
4.整合多方信息与数据，撰写和制作用于汇报和合作等重要场合的演示文件。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the construction, iteration, implementation, and tracking of Tencent Investments' business management system and Tencent Group's overall post-investment management system.
- Support the department's strategic and business management, including formulation and review of business objectives, key performance and process management; analysis and follow-up of indicators, follow-up of strategy implementation, proactively identify issues in business advancement and implementation, and propose solutions.
- Support post-investment company management processes, track key performance indicators of invested companies, analyze and report on the performance of invested companies, suggest and follow up on subsequent improvement measures.
- Integrate multi-party information and data, write and create presentation materials for important occasions such as reports and collaborations.
