The Integrated Marketing Brand Manager for 'Honor of Kings' (《王者荣耀》) is responsible for developing and executing the game's annual brand strategy and key marketing projects. This role involves deep insights into the game's IP and gameplay to drive innovative marketing initiatives that enhance product data and brand influence. The position requires coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring overall brand reputation and growth.

1.参与制定《王者荣耀》的年度品牌策略并规划重点营销项目,组织推动实施;
2.对王者IP与玩法有深入理解与洞察,基于产品定位,挖掘市场及用户洞察,探索创新的市场营销手段,为产品数据与品牌影响力带来增长;
3.负责整合营销重点项目的品牌创意、媒介投放、内容营销、公关传播等各项执行工作的统筹,协调内外部资源完成项目的落地执行,对最终营销目标负责;
4.擅长数据分析与复盘总结,能对市场营销项目进行优化,不断提升营销行为对产品增长的促进作用;
5.基于品牌定位,能够有效整合各方资源,敏捷应对,协同各业务单位对品牌整体口碑与舆情稳定负责。

  • Participate in formulating the annual brand strategy for 'Honor of Kings' and planning key marketing projects, organizing and driving their implementation.
  • Gain deep understanding and insights into the Honor of Kings IP and gameplay; based on product positioning, uncover market and user insights to explore innovative marketing methods that drive growth in product data and brand influence.
  • Coordinate the execution of key integrated marketing projects, including brand creativity, media placement, content marketing, and PR communications; manage internal and external resources to ensure project delivery and accountability for final marketing goals.
  • Conduct data analysis and post-project reviews to optimize marketing initiatives and continuously improve their impact on product growth.
  • Based on brand positioning, effectively integrate resources, respond agilely, and collaborate with business units to maintain overall brand reputation and manage public sentiment stability.
