📋 Job Overview
The Producer for the 'Honor of Kings' animated series is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of animation projects, from concept selection and planning to production, distribution, and marketing. This role involves coordinating internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Additionally, the position focuses on resource management, budget control, and post-project analysis to drive continuous improvement.

2.统筹动画项目的立项、制作、发行、宣发等环节；
3.制定项目预算与制片计划，寻找合适的外部资源推进项目展开；
4.对项目进行全流程的制作管理，协同内外部团队保障项目高效开展、确保项目按时按品质上线并把控项目预算；
5.协同内外部团队进行项目的发行与宣发营销，并跟进项目的市场反应进行项目复盘；
6.持续发掘、维系优质行业资源，为项目精准匹配资源。

- Complete the selection of topics for animation series projects, early-stage content planning, and write project proposals
- Coordinate the project initiation, production, distribution, and promotion stages of animation projects
- Formulate project budgets and production plans, and find suitable external resources to advance the project
- Manage the entire production process of the project, collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient project execution, timely and quality launch, and control project budgets
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for project distribution and promotional marketing, and follow up on market reactions for project review
- Continuously discover and maintain high-quality industry resources, and precisely match resources for projects
