The Senior Product Release Manager for Cube Overseas New Products focuses on driving the overall issuance of new products in target regions including Southeast Asia, Japan/Korea, and CIS. The role involves formulating full-lifecycle GTM strategies, ensuring market share and user growth, and leading deep localization efforts based on local market insights. Additionally, it entails integrating marketing resources and coordinating teams to build competitive advantages through differentiated strategies.

1.区域操盘与P&L负责:负责魔方新品在目标区域(东南亚/日韩/CIS)的整体发行工作,制定全生命周期的 GTM 战略,对该区域的市场份额、用户增长结果负责;
2.深度本地化与产品赋能:基于对区域市场文化、用户行为及竞品格局的敏锐洞察,反向驱动研发进行深度的产品本地化与商业化调优,构建产品在当地的竞争壁垒;
3.整合营销与资源攻坚:统筹内外部团队,整合区域顶级资源(包括平台渠道、KOL矩阵、媒体及异业合作伙伴),制定差异化的整合营销策略。

  • Responsible for the overall issuance of Cube new products in the target region (Southeast Asia/Japan-Korea/CIS), formulating full-lifecycle GTM strategies, and accountable for market share and user growth results in the region.
  • Based on keen insights into the region's market culture, user behavior, and competitive landscape, drive R&D to conduct deep product localization and commercialization optimization, building competitive barriers for the product locally.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to integrate top regional resources (including platform channels, KOL networks, media, and cross-industry partners), and formulate differentiated integrated marketing strategies.
