The Product Operations Manager for Tencent Cloud CodeBuddy is responsible for driving user growth and operational strategies for developer products. 5.策划并输出包括技术文章、解决方案等高质量内容，传递产品价值，提升产品在开发者群体中的影响力。

- Responsible for user growth and product operations of Tencent Cloud CodeBuddy and other developer products, formulating growth goals, strategies, and implementation plans, and promoting execution.
- Deeply understand product features and user needs, improve product activity and user satisfaction through data-driven and operational means.
- Design and execute product growth experiments, rely on data analysis and user feedback to continuously optimize operational strategies, and achieve scalable user growth.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to promote product iteration and feature optimization, and propose improvement suggestions from the operations side.
- Plan and produce high-quality content including technical articles and solutions, convey product value, and enhance product influence in the developer community.

Salary
180,000 - 350,000 CNY / yearly
