📋 Job Overview
The Customer Success Engineer for Tencent Cloud's CodeBuddy is responsible for guiding enterprise clients through onboarding, training, and implementation of the AI programming tool to ensure effective adoption and usage. The role involves analyzing operational data, identifying risks, and collaborating with product and research teams to optimize features based on feedback. Additionally, it focuses on building customer operations systems, monitoring industry trends, and organizing activities to drive business growth and enhance product influence.

2.定期分析产品运营数据（如代码生成采纳率、高频功能场景等），识别客户流失风险并提出优化建议；基于客户反馈和后台运营数据，提炼产品改造需求，推动产品功能与体验的优化迭代；
3.构建并完善客户运营体系，通过数据监控、渠道运营和客户分层管理等手段，促进业务增长和商业化目标达成；与产研团队紧密协作，记录并跟踪客户使用问题，推动问题高效解决；
4.关注行业动态，制定针对性运营策略，持续提升企业客户规模；联合市场团队组织线上/线下客户活动（如技术沙龙、行业会议等），加强客户互动和提升产品影响力。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for enterprise client onboarding training, developing CodeBuddy implementation plans and promotion strategies to ensure clients master the use and effectiveness of the AI programming tool.
- Regularly analyze product operation data (such as code generation adoption rate, high-frequency feature scenarios, etc.), identify customer churn risks, and propose optimization suggestions; based on customer feedback and backend operation data, extract product improvement requirements, and promote the optimization and iteration of product functions and experiences.
- Build and improve the customer operation system, promote business growth and commercialization goals through data monitoring, channel operations, and customer segmentation management; closely collaborate with product and research teams, record and track customer usage issues, and drive efficient resolution of problems.
- Focus on industry dynamics, develop targeted operation strategies to continuously increase the scale of enterprise clients; collaborate with the marketing team to organize online/offline customer activities (such as technical salons, industry conferences, etc.) to strengthen customer interaction and enhance product influence.
