仕事内容
1.戦闘システムの設計
攻撃、回避、防御、スキルの使用といった基本的な戦闘メカニクスをデザインし、プレイヤーにとって心地よい操作性とバランスを実現します。
2.敵キャラクターおよびボスのデザイン
敵の動きや攻撃パターン、特性を設定し、プレイヤーにとっての挑戦と達成感を考慮したバトル体験を提供します。ボス戦における戦略的な要素やエキサイティングな演出も企画します。
3.バトルバランスの調整
プレイヤーのスキルや装備に応じて適切なバランスを維持し、ゲームの難易度が適度に保たれるよう、数値や敵の配置を調整します。
4.プレイテストとフィードバック分析
戦闘の快適さ、爽快感、戦略性が維持されているかをテストし、プレイヤーのフィードバックを基にバトルの改善・調整を行います。
5.仕様書やデザイン資料の作成
戦闘システムの仕様書やデザインに関するドキュメントを作成し、他部門が理解できるように情報を整理して伝えます
Job Description

- Design fundamental combat mechanics such as attacks, dodges, defense, and skill usage to ensure smooth gameplay and balance for the player.
2. Designing Enemy Characters and Bosses
- Create enemy movements, attack patterns, and characteristics to provide a challenging and rewarding battle experience for players. Plan strategic elements and exciting features for boss battles.
3. Adjusting Battle Balance
- Maintain appropriate balance according to the player’s skills and equipment, ensuring the game’s difficulty remains fair by adjusting numbers and enemy placement.
4. Playtesting and Feedback Analysis
- Test the comfort, excitement, and strategic nature of combat and make improvements and adjustments based on player feedback.
5. Creating Specifications and Design Documents
- Prepare documents detailing the specifications of combat systems and related designs, organizing and communicating information clearly to other departments.
