我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、充满热情的执行制作人,领导休闲手游产品在海外市场的第三代升级迭代。您将全面负责产品从创意概念到上线运营的全生命周期,把握最新一代休闲游戏的设计趋势,并带领团队将产品打造成全球市场的下一款成功作品。

研发统筹管理: 搭建并优化游戏研发管线,制定开发里程碑和进度计划,协调策划、美术、程序等各职能团队高效协作;建立跨团队的沟通机制和流程,保证信息通畅和决策高效,按时高质地完成开发目标;
跨部门协同: 密切与用户获取(UA)、市场发行、数据分析和商业化团队合作,根据海外市场的买量策略和增长机制及时调整产品方向;结合市场反馈和数据洞察,制定游戏运营活动、付费策略和功能更新计划,推动产品持续增长与长期留存;
团队组建与领导: 招募、组建并管理游戏核心研发团队,包括策划、美术、技术等关键岗位人才;营造富有创意和执行力的团队文化,指导和激励团队成员成长,优化团队分工和沟通,以10人以上规模团队为单位高效产出精品内容;
质量与进度负责: 把控游戏开发的关键里程碑和最终质量,对产品的品质、进度和预算负责;及时识别和解决项目风险和瓶颈,确保产品按计划上线并达到预期的用户满意度和商业目标;
对外合作管理: 根据项目需要,主导或参与与海外合作伙伴工作室的联合开发和外包管理,确保跨文化团队在同一目标下协同工作、交付高质量内容(如有与国际知名游戏公司联合研发的机会,需积极协调沟通,确保合作顺畅)。

岗位要求
行业经验: 8年以上游戏开发从业经验,3年以上核心制作人/产品负责人角色经验,深耕手机休闲游戏领域;
产品类型成功经历: 拥有三消、叠消、合并消除等休闲游戏的成功项目经验,曾主导或深度参与过知名相关产品的开发与运营;
代际升级经验: 曾参与至少一款休闲游戏从初代或二代产品向第三代产品的升级迭代过程,对不同代际产品的特征演进、功能创新和用户期待有深入理解,能够将这种经验运用到新产品的升级规划中;
全周期把控能力: 出色的项目管理和统筹能力,能够主导产品从0到1的立项研发直至1到N的版本演进和LiveOps运营,全程对产品质量和进度负责;熟悉敏捷开发流程,能够制定明确的里程碑并驱动团队达成;
战略思维: 深刻理解海外移动游戏市场的用户获取渠道和产品增长机制,熟悉买量投放、市场营销和商业化策略;具备数据驱动的思维方式,善于通过A/B测试和用户数据指导产品迭代,提高关键指标(留存、LTV等);

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall product direction and vision for casual elimination games, formulate clear roadmaps and upgrade strategies to achieve generational leaps from 0 to 1 and 1 to N
  • Build and optimize game development pipelines, set milestones and schedules, coordinate planning, art, programming teams for efficient collaboration, and establish communication mechanisms for timely, high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate closely with UA, marketing, data analysis, and monetization teams to adjust product direction based on overseas market strategies, feedback, and data insights; develop operational activities, payment strategies, and update plans for sustained growth and retention
  • Recruit, build, and manage core game development teams (planning, art, tech roles) of 10+ members; foster creative and execution-oriented culture, guide talent growth, and optimize workflows for high-quality output
  • Oversee key development milestones, final quality, timelines, and budgets; identify and resolve risks to ensure on-schedule launch meeting user satisfaction and commercial goals
  • Manage external collaborations and outsourcing with overseas partner studios as needed, ensuring cross-cultural teams align on goals and deliver high-quality content
