1.多风格驾驭能力，美术功底扎实，较高的审美，对原画准确的阅读和画面控制能力；3年以上PBR场景模型制作经验（优秀者可放宽）；
2.具备熟练的建模能力，熟练运用PBR标准制作流程、SP/SD标准流程，造型能力突出，扎实的高模能力和良好的色彩感；
3.熟悉主流游戏的美术风格，熟练使用3DMax/Maya，PhotoShop、Zbrush、SubstancePainter/SubstanceDesigner等制作软件；
4.具备Unreal引擎次世代大世界有一定经验者优先；
5.具有强烈的责任感和良好的沟通技巧，较强的团队意识，对新技术有敏锐的嗅觉感、学能力强。热爱游戏，关注游戏体验。

- Multi-style mastery, solid artistic foundation, high aesthetic sense, accurate reading and control of original paintings
- 3+ years of PBR scene model production experience (can be relaxed for exceptional candidates)
- Proficient modeling skills, familiar with PBR standard production workflow and SP/SD standard workflow, outstanding modeling ability, solid high-poly modeling skills, and good color sense
- Familiar with mainstream game art styles, proficient in using 3DMax/Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance Painter/Substance Designer and other production software
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Unreal Engine next-generation open world
