Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for influencer promotion and content marketing for game products in North America markets. Analyze target market users' content demands to develop comprehensive KOL strategies, plans, and content operation schemes;
2. Leverage influencer, MCN, and mainstream platform channel resources to plan promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with activity and project objectives, ultimately driving product growth and engagement;
3. Explore and build the gaming KOL ecosystem in North America, continuously identify high-potential KOLs for focused cultivation, and iteratively optimize based on multi-project experience;
4. Collaborate closely with HQ team, partner teams and channel partners to expand content distribution channels and discover emerging promotional methods.

Who We Look For
Job Requirements:
1. 5+ years of work experience with extensive gaming expertise; preference given to candidates with experience in influencer marketing, video production, live streaming, or fan-created content;
2. Sharp instincts for gaming and entertainment trends, adept at identifying innovative formats and trending content topics; Strong operational awareness, logical thinking, and data analysis skills;
3. Familiarity with overseas influencer development models, content formats, and platforms; ability to independently develop and execute promotional strategies; North American influencer management experience preferred.
4. Proficiency with platform mechanics and recommendation algorithms on YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc., is advantageous;
5. Strong resilience under pressure and self-motivation; exceptional work ethic and teamwork spirit.
6. Experience in leading teams is preferred.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $69,306.00 to $224,900.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may also be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
