🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 负责公众号&服务号的用户增长和B端增长等数据科学工作，通过数据帮助公众号推荐分发，提升转化效果、助力用户增长和B端增长等
- 与产品、运营、研发协同进行数据分析，设计分析方案，独立产出分析结论并推动落地
- 科学制定贴合业务实际的指标评估体系，监控及分析指标异动原因
- 设计实验方案，开展实验评估，洞察业务机会以推动推荐策略优化
