📋 Job Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager for Enterprise WeChat leads the sales team to achieve performance targets through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities include building team systems, talent development, and optimizing operations using AI and internet thinking. 1.根据团队销售/拉活目标,制定可落地的执行计划,拆解关键过程指标并持续跟踪执行效果,确保团队业绩目标的高效达成;
2.负责销售团队的体系化建设,包括搭建科学的人员管理体系、设计有效的激励与考核机制、推动结合AI技术的系统工具落地,打造高效且可持续的线上销售及客户服务体系;
3.主导团队成员的招聘、选拔与配置,建立完善的人才培养和培训体系,持续提升团队的专业能力和综合作战能力;
4.具备toB业务思维和互联网思维,能够结合运营手段与场景化策略,探索并实践高效的工作方法,不断优化团队运作效率与客户体验;
5.熟悉协同办公产品行业解决方案,有客户成功经验者优先,能够深入理解客户需求并提供针对性支持,推动客户价值最大化。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet team targets
  • Construct sales team systems including management, incentives, and AI tools
  • Manage team recruitment, training, and development
  • Apply toB and internet thinking to optimize operations and customer experience

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Formulate executable plans based on team sales/pulling targets, break down key process indicators, track execution effects, and ensure efficient achievement of team performance goals
  • Build systematic sales team structure, including scientific personnel management, effective incentive and assessment mechanisms, and implementation of AI-integrated system tools to create efficient and sustainable online sales and customer service systems
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and allocation of team members, establish comprehensive talent training and development systems to continuously enhance team professional and overall combat capabilities
  • Possess toB business thinking and internet thinking, combine operational methods with scenario-based strategies to explore and practice efficient work methods, and continuously optimize team operational efficiency and customer experience
