The Senior Strategy Product Manager for WeChat Mini Store in the e-commerce recommendation direction focuses on building and optimizing recommendation strategies for various content formats within WeChat, such as e-commerce live streams and short videos, to expand traffic scale and improve conversion efficiency. The role involves deep expertise in recommendation systems to drive advancements in user traffic penetration, growth, and commercial strategies. Responsibilities include data-driven decision-making, strategy experimentation, and understanding the e-commerce ecosystem to meet the needs of users, merchants, and influencers.

1.负责电商推荐策略,建设微信内多种内容载体(电商直播、短视频等)的推荐策略,拓展电商流量规模,提升电商转化效率;
2.深入理解推荐系统,在电商推荐的多个方向,如流量规模提升(购物意图用户渗透与转化催化)、用户增长(新用户增长、用户LTV提升等)、商业策略(电商内容冷启、趋势品与爆品构造等)等方向有具体的落地经验与成果;
3.有数据分析基础,能够利用数据辅助决策,有效设计并推动策略实验落地和效果验证;
4.了解电商行业,对商业生态中的用户、商家、达人等需求敏感,能够综合各角色诉求抽象有效的推荐策略促进业务迭代。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for e-commerce recommendation strategies, building recommendation strategies for multiple content carriers within WeChat (e-commerce live, short videos, etc.), expanding e-commerce traffic scale, and improving e-commerce conversion efficiency

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of recommendation systems with specific implementation experience and results in e-commerce recommendation areas such as traffic scale improvement (user penetration and conversion catalysis), user growth (new user acquisition, LTV enhancement), and commercial strategies (content cold start, trend and hot product construction)
  • Data analysis foundation to support decision-making, design and implement strategy experiments, and verify effectiveness
  • Understanding of the e-commerce industry with sensitivity to demands of users, merchants, and influencers in the commercial ecosystem, ability to abstract effective recommendation strategies to promote business iteration
