🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 负责微信小店场景内的搜索工作，包括但不限于电商query理解、电商内容理解、电商召回等工作
- 紧贴业务需求，和系统上下游一起不断推进微信小店的搜索系统端到端效果，助力业务体验升级
- 跟踪业界前沿产研技术，根据实际应用效果不断改进业务策略/模型/算法
- 将前沿搜推、内容理解技术落地到电商场景的搜索业务中
