1.电商平台营销活动策略与执行;
2.主导电商平台营销活动(如电商大促节点、品牌运营)的方案策划,包括主题规划、玩法创新、资源整合及落地执行,对活动GMV及增长目标负责。制定活动SOP流程,统筹跨部门协作,确保活动高效上线及风险管控;
3.资源整合与运营;
4.协调平台资源、商家及带货者,结合微信电商平台产品特色及社交属性,提升用户参与度及影响力;
5.数据驱动与效果优化;
6.监控核心指标,优化活动策略,完成活动复盘报告,提炼成功经验与改进点,驱动后续策略迭代;
7.能力体系搭建;
8.搭建活动运营标准化流程,包括营销能力搭建、活动日历规划、流程管理机制、风险预案等,提升团队协同效率;
9.探索特色电商活动或前沿玩法,推动运营能力创新升级。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce platform marketing activity strategies.
  • Lead planning and execution of marketing activities such as major promotions and brand operations, including theme planning, innovative gameplay, resource integration, and implementation, while being accountable for activity GMV and growth targets.
  • Formulate activity SOP processes, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, ensure efficient launch and risk control.
  • Integrate resources and manage operations by coordinating platform resources, merchants, and influencers, combining WeChat e-commerce product features and social attributes to enhance user engagement and influence.
  • Drive data-based optimization by monitoring core metrics, refining activity strategies, completing post-activity review reports, extracting successful experiences and improvement points, and iterating subsequent strategies.
  • Build capability systems including standardized activity operation processes, marketing capability development, activity calendar planning, process management mechanisms, and risk contingency plans to improve team collaboration efficiency.
  • Explore characteristic e-commerce activities or cutting-edge gameplay to drive innovation and upgrade in operational capabilities.
