2.积极开拓原创小说的选题资源，与作者、图书公司、编辑工作室、版权代理公司、出版社、KOL等建立并保持长期友好合作关系；
3.根据行业趋势、用户画像和市场热点等，搭建原创小说内容出品书籍选品策略，并对已有作品进行数据分析，不断优化内容选品策略和运营方式；
4.负责运营出品书籍的策划、审校、运营等全流程，推进原创小说电子书的选题、策划、签约到上架全流程，持续孵化标杆案例、挖掘潜力作者及作品；
5.负责微信读书出品项目的影视、纸书出版等 IP 化运营，独立完成合作洽谈、签约以及执行落地等工作。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the content product line for original novels in WeChat Reading's publications and build the author ecosystem, formulating reasonable and effective implementation plans based on the product line direction.
- Actively expand topic resources for original novels, establishing and maintaining long-term friendly cooperative relationships with authors, book companies, editing studios, copyright agencies, publishers, KOLs, etc.
- Based on industry trends, user profiles, and market hotspots, build content selection strategies for original novel publications, conduct data analysis on existing works, and continuously optimize content selection strategies and operational methods.
- Responsible for the full process of planning, proofreading, and operations for published books, advancing the entire workflow of original novel e-books from topic selection, planning, signing to shelving, continuously incubating benchmark cases, and discovering potential authors and works.
- Responsible for IP operations of WeChat Reading publication projects, such as film and print publishing, independently completing cooperation negotiations, signing, and execution implementation.
