The Role Model Designer position at Tencent involves creating and managing character models for the game '粒粒的小人国'. 2.与TA和图程团队协作开发角色制作的工具链，以及对量产开发流程的搭建，能够通过使用PCG工具和其他工具辅助提升开发效率；
3.根据项目开发需求，能够实际参与角色的制作工作，并且拆分需求内容，组织角色制作人员和外包开展工作；
4.使用引擎编辑器控制角色最终游戏效果，对角色在游戏中综合的落地效果持续提升；
5.负责供应商的培训和管理，能够把控外包质量和进度，且有较好的沟通能力，帮助项目在外包使用上提升效率和质量。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with art teams and product to implement visual effects, establish initial benchmarks, and output role production templates and standards.
- Collaborate with TA and graphics engineering teams to develop character production toolchains and build mass production workflows, using PCG and other tools to improve efficiency.
- Participate in actual character production based on project needs, break down requirements, organize in-house and outsourced staff to carry out work.
- Use engine editors to control final in-game character effects and continuously improve comprehensive landing effects.
- Train and manage suppliers, control outsourcing quality and progress, with strong communication skills to enhance project efficiency and quality in outsourcing.
