1. 战略规划与市场洞察
1.1 主导海外市场(重点区域:亚太、美洲、欧洲、中东、港澳台等)的商业分析与战略制定。
1.2 跟踪云、AI、泛互联网等科技行业动态,识别新兴市场机会(如生成式AI服务、Web3及加密货币、边缘计算、安全等),协助推动产品方案国际化与商业模式创新。
1.3 不定期输出竞争分析报告,为高层决策提供数据支持

2. 销售目标拆解与赋能
2.1 帮助海外区域销售团队进行目标拆解、过程监控与管理优化,制定销售漏斗管理策略,提升团队人均效能。
2.2 参与重点客户攻坚(尤其针对新兴市场机会或重大战略客户)
2.3 牵头部门管理汇报的内容准备工作(如:年度商业计划、海外专题汇报等)。
2.4 推动部门内的方案及案例沉淀等销售能力提升长期赋能举措

3. 项目管理及内部协同
3.1 在海外重点项目全生命周期管理中(需求挖掘、客户接洽、技术验证、交付验收等),根据需要为售前、售中团队提供支持,辅助推动项目成功并达成商业目标。
3.2 为部门内其他团队或跨部门团队提供必须的海外经营战略决策支持(海外资源规划、分析师市场调研、区域与行业目标制订等)

  • Lead commercial analysis and strategic formulation for overseas markets in key regions such as Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe, Middle East, and港澳台.
  • Track dynamics in cloud, AI, and general internet tech industries, identify emerging market opportunities (e.g., generative AI services, Web3 and cryptocurrency, edge computing, security), and assist in promoting product internationalization and business model innovation.
  • Periodically produce competitive analysis reports to provide data support for senior decision-making.
  • Assist overseas sales teams with target decomposition, process monitoring, management optimization, and sales funnel strategies to improve team efficiency.
  • Participate in key customer engagements, especially for emerging market opportunities or major strategic clients.
  • Lead preparation of department management reports (e.g., annual business plans, overseas special reports).
  • Drive long-term initiatives for sales capability enhancement within the department, such as scheme and case accumulation.
  • Provide support to pre-sales and in-sales teams in the full lifecycle management of key overseas projects (demand exploration, customer engagement, technical validation, delivery acceptance) to ensure project success and commercial goals.
  • Offer necessary overseas business strategy decision support to internal or cross-departmental teams (e.g., overseas resource planning, analyst market research, regional and industry target setting).
