📋 Job Overview

The Overseas Channel Marketing Manager role at Tencent Cloud International involves developing and executing marketing strategies for international channel markets to drive business growth and partner engagement. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing market activities, activating new channels, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and building partnerships to enhance Tencent Cloud's global brand. This position focuses on integrating resources to increase coverage, revenue conversion, and lead generation in the international cloud services sector.

1.基于腾讯云国际渠道业务战略和重点方向,制定针对海外渠道市场的总体营销策略与推广计划,推动渠道市场营销目标的达成;
2.深入国际渠道业务,制定年度及季度市场计划,包括但不限于伙伴招募,伙伴联合市场活动,伙伴赋能专场、数字营销等,整合内外部资源保障计划落地,提高对目标渠道商及客户群体的覆盖度及收入转化;
3.积极推动通过各种营销手段激活和培育新渠道新客户,获取线索及商机,给业务部门导入客户和渠道合作资源;
4.设定清晰的渠道市场营销效果评价体系,持续牵引营销策略和执行的优化;
5.负责挖掘、完善行业协会等第三方合作伙伴并保持良好关系,通过圈层经营、标杆案例打造,树立腾讯云国际品牌形象。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Based on Tencent Cloud International's channel business strategy and key directions, formulate overall marketing strategies and promotion plans for overseas channel markets, and drive the achievement of channel marketing goals.
  • Deeply engage in international channel business to develop annual and quarterly market plans, including but not limited to partner recruitment, joint market activities with partners, partner empowerment sessions, digital marketing, etc.; integrate internal and external resources to ensure plan implementation, improve coverage of target channel partners and customer groups, and revenue conversion.
  • Actively promote the activation and nurturing of new channels and new customers through various marketing means to acquire leads and opportunities, and import customers and channel cooperation resources to business departments.
  • Establish a clear channel marketing effectiveness evaluation system to continuously guide the optimization of marketing strategies and execution.
  • Responsible for discovering and improving third-party partners such as industry associations and maintaining good relationships; through circle operation and benchmark case building, establish the brand image of Tencent Cloud International.
