- Deeply understand the business and personnel development status in the responsible area, assess and clarify HR needs for organization and talent development
- Drive HR solutions by providing platform resources and integrate internal resources to promote execution
- Assist management in talent management, team development, organizational atmosphere building, etc., to ensure the implementation of company culture in the business area
- Enhance the HR management capabilities of management cadres, focus on the integration and cultivation of key talents, and ensure continuous communication and feedback
Locations
- Shenzhen, China
Salary
200,000 - 400,000 CNY / yearly
