3.深入了解所在业务的运营模式、市场动态和业务需求，为业务部门提供及时、准确的财务分析和建议；
4.从财务视角思考和发现问题，结合数据分析能力构建专项分析，包括但不限于业财流程设计、投入产出分析、项目规划评估等，为解决问题提供方向和策略，辅助经营管理决策。

- Perform daily financial management and analysis, including R&D project accounting, R&D resource monitoring and efficiency improvement, business-finance data analysis, and regular reporting to the person in charge.
- Lead the department's annual budget planning, track and adjust in stages, and evaluate the rationality of resource investments.
- Deeply understand the operational model, market dynamics, and business needs of the assigned business, providing timely and accurate financial analysis and suggestions to business departments.
- Think and identify issues from a financial perspective, build specialized analyses using data analysis capabilities, including but not limited to business-finance process design, input-output analysis, and project planning evaluation, to provide directions and strategies for problem-solving and assist in operational management decisions.
