1.支持腾讯自研工作室的市场与用户研究相关工作,所涉及的游戏品类广泛,像MOBA,休闲竞技、SLG等都涵盖其中;
2.针对重点产品的全生命周期展开全面的研究支持工作,具体包括产品定位的精准把握、体验的精心打磨、营销发行的有效推进以及长线运营的科学规划。能够独立承担或者带领小型团队顺利完成各类研究项目,并输出具有高度可落地性的专业研究报告;
3.积极主动地进行思考,深入诊断业务产品在各个发展阶段所存在的核心问题。大力推动关键价值研究课题的合作事宜,助力业务更加前置化、节奏化地理清产品的目标市场以及深入理解用户需求,协助对产品的定位和方向进行有效把控;
4.为腾讯自研产品出海战略提供关于海外用户的深入洞察与精准理解,密切跟进海外研究项目的进展情况。

  • Support market and user research for Tencent's self-developed game studios across genres like MOBA, casual competitive, and SLG
  • Provide full-lifecycle research support for key products, including precise product positioning, experience refinement, effective marketing and issuance, and scientific long-term operational planning
  • Proactively think and deeply diagnose core issues in business products at various development stages
  • Promote collaboration on key value research topics to help clarify target markets, understand user needs, and control product positioning and direction
  • Provide deep insights and precise understanding of overseas users for Tencent's self-developed product outbound strategies, and closely follow up on overseas research project progress
