2.Compose and present investment memo/thesis to Tencent Investment Committee；
3.Lead cross-functional teams, including internal legal, finance, and business group teams, and external advisors to execute deals towards closing, including due diligence, term negotiation, and internal investment process；
4.Manage existing portfolio companies from post-deal perspective, including tracking financial and operation performance, conducting regular post-deal meetings with management, attending and supporting board meetings, processing documentation and internal approval processes, and proposing ideas to optimize value creation。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze investment opportunities by conducting industry research, company research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis
- Compose and present investment memo/thesis to Tencent Investment Committee
